Numbers and Types of Drives - Statistics

In 2010, we arranged over 6,000 drives for individuals in Charlotte County!

Occasionally, due to winter storms, we need to reschedule drives, when doctor appointments are cancelled, or businessess are closed due to the weather.

Our policy is that when schools are cancelled due to weather concerns, we cancel our drives.
This is to ensure the safety of our volunteers and our members.

In 2010 we provided:
2,495 medical drives
1500 drives to work
830 drives for errands (to shop, pay bills etc.)
605 drives for social visits or activities
167 drives to school or courses
